Boards
A board is a collection of saved ads. The default board "Saved" catches everything that has no explicit target. Create boards from the Boards page with the inline form, rename them any time, and reorder them with the position arrows on each card. Deleting a board never deletes ads: they move to your default board first, and the default board itself cannot be deleted.
Adding ads manually
Every board has an "Add ad manually" button. Paste a Meta Ad Library URL (the one with ?id=...) or the bare Library ID. CreativeScout extracts the ID automatically. All other fields are optional: page name, ad text, landing page URL, start date and whether the ad is currently active. You can save an ad with nothing but its ID and enrich it later.
The ad card
Each saved ad is a specimen card: page name on top, the ad text, and a fact row showing the active status at save time, runtime in days, start date, the detected landing page technology, platforms and EU reach where known. Click the ad text to open the full drilldown with every stored fact.
Viewing the original
CreativeScout never embeds Meta content. Every card and every drilldown has an "Open in Meta Ad Library" action that opens the official public page of the ad in a new tab. If Meta has removed the ad, your saved snapshot still holds all the facts.
Notes and moving
Use the pencil action on a card (or the note panel in the drilldown) to record why you saved an ad: the hook, the angle, the offer. The move action sends an ad to another board. Removing an ad deletes your saved snapshot after a confirmation.
Filtering and search
Inside a board you can filter by page, by landing page technology and by active status, sort by save date, runtime or reach, and search across ad text and page names. The Pages section aggregates all advertiser pages behind your saved ads, including their landing domains.
