1. Who we are
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of creativescout.ai (the "Site") and the CreativeScout software (the "Service"), operated by[PYFA_LEGAL_NAME], registered at[PYFA_ADDRESS], registration[PYFA_REGISTER] ("we", "us"). By using the Site or the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
CreativeScout is an ad research tool. It searches official ad library transparency data published under the EU Digital Services Act, shows which ads stay live, and groups creatives by the landing pages behind them. The Service is intended for businesses and professional users.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
4. Subscription and billing
- CreativeScout is offered as a single subscription plan billed in advanceevery 4 weeks (28 days). This is explicitly not a calendar-monthly cycle: there are 13 billing periods per year, not 12.
- The current price is shown on the Site and at checkout before you confirm a purchase. Unless stated otherwise, prices include applicable VAT where required.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each 4-week period at the then-current price, until cancelled.
- Accepted payment methods are Klarna and PayPal. Payments are processed via Stripe on behalf of [PYFA_LEGAL_NAME]; Stripe acts as payment processor, not as seller.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is resolved.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, self-serve from your account or by contacting us at [PYFA_EMAIL]. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid 4-week period. Details on refunds are in ourRefund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. EU right of withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. CreativeScout is a digital service that starts immediately. At checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed. Where the service is not yet fully performed, you may withdraw within 14 days and we will deduct a proportionate amount for the period already supplied.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site and Service only for lawful purposes and in line with ourAcceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of that policy.
8. Data and intellectual property
The Service surfaces ad transparency data published by the platforms; that data belongs to its respective owners. The Site, the Service and all related software, design and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own business purposes during your subscription. CreativeScout is not affiliated with Meta.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated and to the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that any ad, product or funnel surfaced by the Service will be commercially successful for you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and contact
