1. Scope
This policy applies to the CreativeScout subscription sold on creativescout.ai by[PYFA_LEGAL_NAME]. It forms part of ourTerms of Service.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime, self-serve from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid 4-week period. Access continues until then; no further charges follow.
3. Refunds for the current period
Payments already made are generally not refunded on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of a running 4-week period. You keep full access until the period ends instead.
4. EU right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer you have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases. Because CreativeScout is a digital service that starts immediately at your express request, this right lapses once the service is fully performed. If you withdraw within 14 days before full performance, we refund your payment minus a proportionate amount for the days already supplied.
5. Billing errors and duplicates
Charged twice, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or charged the wrong amount? Email[PYFA_EMAIL] and we correct it. Verified billing errors are always refunded in full.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back through the original payment method (Klarna or PayPal, processed via Stripe). Depending on the provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reach you.
