Your workspace
A workspace is your team's home: boards, saved ads, pages and settings live inside it. You name it on first login and can rename it any time under Settings (owners only). Everything your team saves is shared: one swipe file, visible to everyone in the workspace.
Inviting teammates
Under Settings, Team, enter a teammate's email address and click Invite. They receive an email and sign in with a magic link, no password needed. If the address already has a CreativeScout account, the workspace simply appears in their workspace switcher.
Roles
There are two roles. Owners manage the workspace: rename it, invite and remove members, and manage billing. Members have full research access: search, save ads, create boards, write notes. Every member sees the whole workspace; there are no per-board permissions.
Removing a member
Owners remove members under Settings, Team. The removed person loses access immediately; everything they saved stays in the workspace, because saved ads belong to the team, not the person.
Multiple workspaces
If you belong to several workspaces (say, one per client), switch between them with the workspace switcher at the bottom of the sidebar. Boards and saved ads are strictly separated per workspace.
