The search
Search lives in the sidebar under, well, Search. Type a keyword (a product, a hook, a page name), hit Enter, and CreativeScout searches ad texts, link titles and page names across the EU ad library. Every search is a shareable URL: copy it from the address bar and a teammate opens exactly the same result set.
Filters
Below the search bar you can narrow down with compact filter chips:
- Status: active ads only (default), inactive only, or all.
- Technology: the landing page platform behind the ad, detected by CreativeScout: Shopify, ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, FunnelCockpit, Kajabi and more. This is how you find "Shopify stores advertising right now".
- Countries: any set of EU countries, with a one-click DACH shortcut.
- Language, platform, media: ad language, Facebook/Instagram/Audience Network, image/video/meme.
- Date, reach, runtime: delivery window, EU reach range and how many days the ad has been running.
Active filters appear as removable chips under the bar; one click clears a filter, "Clear all" resets the search. The sort select switches between newest, longest running and highest reach.
Reading the results
Each result is a fact card: page name, ad text, a status dot (green = currently active), runtime in days, start date, the detected technology, platforms and EU reach. When the advertiser page has counted stats, a mono WNR plaque shows the Winner Score (0 to 10): longevity times the page's active ratio, so proven long-runners on healthy pages rank first. Click the ad text for the full detail view. The "Open in Meta Ad Library" action shows the original ad with its creative on Meta's official page; CreativeScout itself never embeds Meta content.
Winning presets
The Winning section curates three battle-tested filter bundles: Shopify Winners (fresh Shopify ads with 50,000+ reach), High-Ticket & Coaching (active funnels on ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, FunnelCockpit) and Fresh & Scaling (ads younger than a week with five-digit reach). Each opens the search with its criteria applied, and from there you tighten further: add a country, raise the reach floor, whatever your research needs.
Saving results
The bookmark action on any card (or the Save button in the detail view) saves the ad into one of your boards, with the complete fact snapshot: text, landing page, technology, runtime, reach, platforms. From that moment it behaves like any saved ad: notes, moving between boards, page analytics. Ads you already saved show a filled bookmark that jumps to your saved copy.
What "Preview data" means
While the badge "Preview data. The live ad library connection is being activated." is visible, search results come from a realistic preview dataset, not from the live Meta Ad Library. Everything works exactly as it will with live data: the same filters, presets, saving flows. We show the badge so you always know what you are looking at; it disappears the moment the live connection is active.
